• Delivery starts once the product is available, within 5–7 working days.

• Delivery time may vary depending on the city and shipping provider.

• Customers will be notified of updates via SMS or email.

Delivery and installation (split and window units) is available across:

Western region: Jeddah · Makkah · Madinah · Taif · Yanbu
Central region: Riyadh · Qassim
Eastern region: Dammam · Khobar · Dhahran · Qatif · Ras Tanura · Jubail · Abqaiq · Al Ahsa
Southern region: Jazan · Abu Arish

📍 Outside main cities

• Delivery is carried out via a shipping company.

• Installation is scheduled the next day or nearest available appointment.

• Direct coordination will be done between the customer and the technician.

• Installation is not performed on the same day as delivery.

📅 Seasons & public holidays

• Services may be affected during Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha.

• During Hajj season, services in Makkah and Madinah may be delayed due to security permits, traffic, and operational restrictions.

ℹ️ Additional notes

• An additional charge of 1 SAR per km applies for locations more than 50 km from Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, or Jazan.

• For delivery-only orders, Cooline products include 4 meters of copper piping. Other products do not include piping.

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, government decisions, or emergencies.

• By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
